Tasting Notes - Father's Day Red

Printed on FSC certified 300gsm uncoated paper which is ECF bleached, wood-free and recyclable. All cards are sent with a luxury white textured envelope.

Our uncoated paper has a textured finish and tactile quality. Printed inks appear flatter because it's more absorbent and it's the best choice for stationery as it's easy to write on.

All cards are printed in the UK.

All items are shipped within 2-5 business days using Royal Mail Second Class within the UK where possible.

Returns
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the order confirmation as proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, it is up to you to pay for postage to return the item, if your item is faulty I will do everything to resolve this, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and other issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All cards measure 105x148mm when folded.
They are sent with C6 envelope.

All cards are printed in the UK.

As a partner of WRAP (the Waste and Resources Action Programme) I am able to use the Recycle Me logo spcifically for use on greetings cards to ensure you know this card can be fully recyled.

The foil used on my cards is recylcable, compostable and biodegradable. I dispose of all my foil waste through my suppliers Zero Foil 2 Landfill initiative. I send my foil waste back to them and they place it through their own specialist waste management systems.

All cards are sold in compostable cello bags that are made in the UK from EN13432 compostable PLA - these will compost in 12 weeks.
