Frequently Asked Questions

If you still have a question that isn't answered here, please feel free to contact me at gracejacksondesign@gmail.com

Are your cards recyclable?

Yes. All my cards are fully recyclable. I use paper from FSC certified forests which is sustainably sourced and Chlorine-free. All foil used on my cards is fully recyclable also and my foil manufacturer has a zero to landfill policy where I can return my waste foil and they recycle it responsibly. The cellophane bags my individual cards sometimes come in are completely bio-degradable and compositble in approximately 12 weeks. My packaging is environmently friendly using recycled cardboard, boxes from supplier deliveries as well as paper tapes that can all be recylced.

What delivery methods do you use?

Grace Jackson Design aims to dispatch all mainland UK orders within 2 working days using Royal Mail postal services. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, postal strikes or during busy times like Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact me on hello@gracejacksondesign.co.uk

Can you send something as a gift?

Yes absolutely! There is a notes section on the checkout page that you can tell me it's a gift and i will ensure no order details are included. The delivery address should be the location you would like your order to be sent to and the billing address should be you own address for payment processing purposes.

Do you design wedding stationery?

Yes I do - no pun intended there! I specialise in luxury hot foil stationery using high quality card and equisite envelopes to create something that is so unique to your day. Get in touch to find out more on hello@gracejacksondesign.co.uk
